Turkey Lasanga

I finally finally finallyyyy had a chance to crack this cookbook open and try something. I did turkey lasagna, and it came out pretty good. The book is sooo user friendly,I was shocked. I am already thinking about how I will make it next time. I don't think I'll use fennel seeds tho. Soon as I tasted it I immediately remembered I wasn't fan of those seeds lol.
